We do accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase or item is defective. All returned items must be unused, unworn and tags intact. In case of damage during shipping, customer must file claim with shipper. We will do our best to provide information to shipper to result in a positive outcome. It is not our policy to simply replace at our cost. To that end, we will do everything to provide a positive outcome to customer’s satisfaction.
