Return Policy: 

At the Cotton Boll, our biggest goal is to well serve our loyal customers.  To that end, we hope that our customers find their purchases to be satisfactory. We do accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase or item is defective. All returned items must be unused, unworn and tags intact. In case of damage during shipping, customer must file claim with shipper. We will do our best to provide information to shipper to result in a positive outcome. It is not our policy to simply replace at our cost. To that end, we will do everything to provide a positive outcome to customer’s satisfaction.

Guidelines are below:
In-store purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days for store credit only.
Website purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery for price of purchase minus delivery costs in the issuance of store/website credit.    
No Returns on FINAL SALE items.
To initiate a return, please email us at  This must be done within 5 days of delivery of item.
We reserve the right to deny refund to returns without prior approval.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
NO REFUNDS issued after 30 days of receipt.
